HD-22-350 Approve First Reading of Ordinance Authorizing Executive Director to execute Real Estate Purchase And Sale Agreement with Southeast Resource Recovery Facility Authority located at 120 Pier S Avenue for the acquisition of property and necessary rights for construction, and find and determine that the Real Estate Purchase And Sale Agreement is a subsequent agreement associated with the Terminal Island Wye Realignment Project which was determined to be categorically exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act in connection with Harbor Development Permit No. 18-011 issued in June of 2018.
