HD-23-150 Approve First Reading of Ordinance and Authorize Executive Director to execute Sixth Amendment to Lease with Fremont Forest Group Corporation, located at Pier T, make the determination that this action does not meet the definition of a "project" under the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act, and does not have the potential of resulting in either a direct physical change to the environment, or a reasonably foreseeable indirect change to the environment, and is therefore not subject to the California Environmental Quality Act.
