10. HD-24-061 Adopt Resolution and Authorize Chief Executive Officer to Execute the Revocable Permit between the Port and Tesoro Logistics Operations, LLC for use of Port property as a construction laydown area to store materials, equipment, and vehicles on portions of property located north of Anaheim Street between Farragut Avenue and SR-103, in the City of Los Angeles, make the determination pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act that the Revocable Permit is necessary for the Pier B On-Dock Rail Support Facility Program to reconfigure and expand the existing Pier B Rail Yard, and is a subsequent approval within the scope of the Environmental Impact Report for said Program, certified by the Board of Harbor Commissioners on January 22, 2018.
