Public comment cards will be made available during Harbor Commission Meetings. Each speaker will be given 3 minutes to address the Board. If translation is needed, the time for comment will be extended to 6 minutes. ELECTRONIC COMMENTS AND EMAILS • Electronic comment can be made online www.polb.com/webcast. The comment period closes 30 minutes before the start of each meeting. • Written comments or materials may be submitted before or throughout the meeting by email to bhc@polb.com.
