HD-25-341 Approve First Reading of the Emergency Ordinance and Authorize Chief Executive Officer to Execute the Land Exchange Agreement between the Port and Los Angeles County Flood Control District, for the properties located at 1450 West 9th Street, Long Beach, CA 90813 and a portion of Port property designated by Assessor's Parcel Number: 7436-008-920, make the determination that the Land Exchange Agreement is necessary for the Pier B On-Dock Rail Support Facility Program to reconfigure and expand the existing Pier B Rail Yard, and is a subsequent approval within the scope of the Environmental Impact Report for the Pier B On-Dock Rail Support Facility Program certified by the Board of Harbor Commissioners on January 22, 2018 and subsequent Addendum to the Final Environmental Impact Report, certified by the Board of Harbor Commissioners on August 28, 2023, declaring the urgency thereof, and providing that this Ordinance shall take effect immediately.
