HD-25-402 Approve First Reading of Ordinance and Authorize Chief Executive Officer to Execute the Document Approval Letter with the Los Angeles County Flood Control District for an Easement and two (2) Temporary Construction Easements being granted to the Port of Long Beach necessary for the Pier B On-Dock Rail Support Facility Program for the properties located north of Anaheim Street in the Dominguez Channel, make the determination that the Document Approval Letter is necessary for the Pier B On-Dock Rail Support Facility Program to reconfigure and expand the existing Pier B Rail Yard, and is a subsequent approval within the scope of the Environmental Impact Report for the Pier B On-Dock Rail Support Facility Program certified by the Board of Harbor Commissioners on January 22, 2018 and subsequent Addendum to the Final Environmental Impact Report, certified by the Board of Harbor Commissioners on August 28, 2023.
