HD-26-057 Adopt Resolution and Authorize Chief Executive Officer to Execute a Revocable License with the City of Los Angeles, Harbor Department to allow the Port of Long Beach to conduct utility investigations on Port of Los Angeles owned property in Wilmington for the Pier B On-Dock Rail Support Facility Program, and find that the action is a subsequent approval within the scope of the certified Environmental Impact Report for the Program and Addendum thereto.
