HD-26-260 Resolution to approve a Joint Revocable Permit between the Port of Long Beach, the Port of Los Angeles, and the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power, to occupy and use approximately 8,924 square feet for construction laydown on Joint Ports property located on the southwest corner of Opp Street and Farragut Avenue in Wilmington, California. (Real Estate - E. Killeen) (1) Find that the action is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act under State CEQA Guidelines Categorical Exemption, Section 15301 and Section 15303. (2) Adopt Resolution Authorizing Chief Executive Officer to execute such Joint Revocable Permit.
