Larios) (1) Find that the action is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act under State CEQA Guidelines and Categorical Exemption Sections 15301 Existing Facilities (Class 1), 15302 Replacement or Reconstruction (Class 2), and 15304 Minor Alterations to Land (Class 4). (2) Authorize Chief Executive Officer to execute such amendment.
