HD-26-304 U.S. Department of Energy Strategic Partnership Project Agreement with Pacific Northwest National Laboratory/Battelle Memorial Institute in an amount not to exceed $450,000 and a term of 28 months for the Port Offshore Wind Equity and Readiness project awarded under the California Energy Commission's Offshore Wind Energy Waterfront Facility Improvement Program. (Environmental Planning Division - R. Moilanen) (1) Find that the action is a subsequent approval for the Port Offshore Wind Equity and Readiness Project previously determined to be exempt from CEQA pursuant to State CEQA Guidelines Statutory Exemption Section 15262 Feasibility and Planning Studies and Categorical Exemption Section 15306 Information Collection (Class 6); and (2) Authorize Chief Executive Officer to execute such agreement.
