Moilanen) (1) Find that the action is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act under State CEQA Guidelines Categorical Exemption Section 15301 Existing Facilities (Class 1), and Section 15306 Information Collection (Class 6). (2) Authorize Chief Officer to execute such agreement.
