Erickson) (1) Find that the action is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act under State CEQA Guidelines Categorical Exemption Section 15301 Existing Facilities (Class 1) and Section 15302 Replacement and Reconstruction (Class 2). (2) Authorize Chief Executive Officer to execute Capital Modification No. 6 and No. 8 and Authorize Spending for such project.
