Larios) (1) Find that the action is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act under State CEQA Guidelines Categorical Exemption Section15301 Existing Facilities (Class 1), Section 15302 Replacement and Reconstruction (Class 2), Section 15303 New Construction or Conversion of Small Structures (Class 3), and 15304 Minor Alterations to Land (Class 4). (2) Authorize Chief Executive Officer to execute such amendment.
