HD-26-419 Subrecipient Agreements under the Offshore Wind (OSW) Grant Program with Project X LB, Long Beach Center for Economic Inclusion, Centro C.H.A., Memorial Medical Center Foundation, DBA Long Beach Alliance for Children with Asthma, and Dignity Health, DBA St. Mary Medical Center in partnership with the Families in Good Health Program in an amount not to exceed $75,000 per organization; and Social and Economical Entrepreneurs (SEE), Inc. in partnership with, and fiscally sponsoring, Sacred Places Institute for Indigenous Peoples in an amount not to exceed $96,000 for the POWER project. Moilanen) (1) Find that the action is a subsequent approval for the Port Offshore Wind Equity and Readiness Project previously determined to be exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act under State CEQA Guidelines Statutory Exemption Section 15262 (Feasibility and Planning Studies) and Categorical Exemption Section 15306 (Class 6. Information Collection). (2) Authorize Chief Executive Officer to execute such agreements.
