HD-26-448 Resolution to approve the execution and delivery of one or more Continuing Disclosure Certificates and one or more Letters of Representation, and approve the disclosure relating to the Port of Long Beach to be contained in one or more preliminary official statements and one or more final official statements with respect to the Alameda Corridor Transportation Authority's (ACTA) first subordinate lien revenue refunding bonds and second subordinate lien revenue refunding bonds (Refunding Bonds) and authorize such other actions as are necessary to assist ACTA in the issuance of such Refunding Bonds and the related tender offer to be made by ACTA with respect to certain of its outstanding bonds, and the related refunding with respect to certain of ACTA's outstanding bonds.
