HD-26-467 Resolution to approve a Joint Revocable Permit between the Port of Long Beach, the Port of Los Angeles, and the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority to conduct geotechnical investigation on the former Union Pacific Railroad San Pedro Branch, bounded by the City of Huntington Park and the City of Paramount. (Real Estate - E. Killeen) (1) Find that the action is within the scope of the Environmental Impact Report for the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority Southeast Gateway Line Project reviewed and certified by the Board of Harbor Commissioners on August 26, 2024 as a responsible agency pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act. (2) Adopt Resolution Authorizing Chief Executive Officer to execute such Joint Revocable Permit.
