HD-26-512 Resolution to approve amendment 1 to the Memorandum of Understanding HD-24-0007 between the Port of Long Beach, Port of Los Angeles, Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority, Alameda Corridor Transportation Authority, and Union Pacific Railroad Company, to extend the term to continue to coordinate on the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority Southeast Gateway Line project. (Real Estate - E. Killeen) (1) Find that the action is a subsequent approval within the scope of the Board of Harbor Commissioners' determination on August 26, 2024 as a CEQA responsible agency for the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority's Southeast Gateway Line Project Environmental Impact Report. (2) Adopt Resolution Authorizing Chief Executive Officer to execute such Amendment.
