HD-20-724 Closed Session pursuant to Section 54956.8 of the Government Code for conference with real property negotiator Sam Joumblat to discuss price and terms of payment in connection with a potential sale of a 5.6 acre parcel located at the southeast corner of Golden Avenue and West Broadway, Long Beach with negotiating parties Trammell Crow Residential, Maple Multi-Family Land Ca L.P., and Maple Multi-Family Development, L.L.C.

Closed session pursuant to Section 54956.8 of the Government Code for conference with real property negotiator Duane Kenagy to discuss price and terms of the proposed design-build contract for the Gerald Desmond Bridge Replacement Project and subsequent conveyance of the bridge to the State of California. The negotiating parties are Shimmick Construction Company, Inc./FFC Construction S.A./Impreglio S.p.A. a joint venture and the State of California Department of Transportation.

Closed session pursuant to Section 54956.8 of the Government Code for conference with real property negotiator Sam Joumblat to discuss price and terms of payment in connection with a potential purchase of real properties located on Pier D Street, Long Beach. The negotiating party is L.G. Everist, Inc.
