If calling, you will be asked to leave a voicemail with your name (please state it clearly), your telephone number for a return call and the item number you would like to comment on (or specify "public comment"). You will be called during the meeting on the item you specify. If you do not answer when called, we will move on to the next public speaker. Please note that each speaker will be given the usual 3 minutes to address the Board. Members of the public are encouraged to submit public comment requests by 1:15pm on the day of the meeting. However, members of the public who desire to participate on an item may call in after 1:15pm as long as they call (562) 714-9893 on or before one minute after the item is called.
