HD-21-490 Approve Second Reading and Adoption of Ordinance Authorizing Executive Director to Execute the Purchase and Sale Agreement and Joint Escrow Instructions, and the Right of Entry Agreement between the Port and L.G. Everist Incorporated for land located at 1602-1925 Pier D Street, make the determination that the action is categorically exempt, and exempt under the common sense exemption from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act. This item also requests the Board of Harbor Commissioners to authorize the Executive Director to execute the Right of Entry Agreement between the Port and L.G.
