CONFERENCE WITH REAL ESTATE NEGOTIATORS

Closed session pursuant to Section 54956.8 of the Government Code for conference with real property negotiator Duane Kenagy to discuss price and terms of the proposed design-build contract for the Gerald Desmond Bridge Replacement Project and subsequent conveyance of the bridge to the State of California. The negotiating parties are Shimmick Construction Company, Inc./FFC Construction S.A./Impreglio S.p.A. a joint venture and the State of California Department of Transportation.

2CS. *** WITHDRAWN *** Closed session pursuant to Section 54956.8 of the Government Code for conference with real property negotiator Sam Joumblat to discuss price and terms of payment in connection with a proposed revocable permit regarding certain land and water area located on Pier T, Berth T126 . The negotiating party is Curtin Maritime Corp.
