Everist Incorporated for land located at 1602-1925 Pier D Street, make the determination that pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act the action is categorically exempt, and exempt under the common sense exemption declaring the urgency thereof; and providing that this Ordinance shall take effect immediately.
