HD-22-498 Approve Second Reading and Adoption of the Ordinance to Approve the Right of Entry Agreement template substantially in the form attached hereto to allow the Port and its authorized representatives access to certain real property located in and around the Harbor District for the purpose of performing environmental surveys including but not limited to soil gas surveys and soil/groundwater sampling surveys, and make the determination pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act that the right entry activities are a subsequent approval contemplated by and within the scope of the certified Environmental Impact Report dated January 22, 2018, for the Pier B On-Dock Support Facility Program.
