HD-23-125 Authorize Executive Director to execute a lease with Harmony Kiosk, LLC for the use and occupancy of a customized fabricated container kiosk for purposes of operating a hot/cold beverage and limited food services kiosk, located in the Long Beach Civic Center Plaza, and make the determination that the action is within the scope of the certified Supplemental Environmental Impact Report for the Civic Center Project for which the Port of Long Beach was a responsible agency under the California Environmental Quality Act, and by which the Board of Harbor Commissioners made Findings of Fact and adopted the Statement of Overriding Considerations and the Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program on December 17, 2015.
