HD-23-536 Adopt Ordinance and Authorize Chief Executive Officer to Execute the Agreement for Acquisition of Tenant-Seller's Interest in Real Property between the Port and Orient Stars LLC, located at 1671 & 1675 West 9th Street, Long Beach, CA 90813, make the determination pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act that the acquisition of the personal property is necessary for the Pier B On-Dock Rail Support Facility Program to reconfigure and expand the existing Pier B Rail Yard, and is a subsequent approval within the scope of the certified Environmental Impact Report for the Pier B On-Dock Rail Support Facility Project certified by the Board of Harbor Commissioners on January 22, 2018, declaring the urgency thereof, and providing that this ordinance shall take effect immediately.
