HD-24-010 Adopt Resolution and Authorize Chief Executive Officer to Execute the Loss of Rent Agreement between the Port and Deep Pacific, LLC, located at 1430 West 9th Street, Long Beach, CA 90813, make the determination pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act that the Loss of Rent Agreement is necessary for the Pier B On-Dock Rail Support Facility Program to reconfigure and expand the existing Pier B Rail Yard, and is a subsequent approval within the scope of the certified Environmental Impact Report for the Pier B On-Dock Rail Support Facility Project certified by the Board of Harbor Commissioners on January 22, 2018.
