The Board of Harbor Commissioners will participate in the meeting by video conference. Please note that each speaker will be given the usual 3 minutes to address the Board. All public comment requests need to be submitted by 1:15 p.m. on the day of the meeting. Public will also have the option to use eCOMMENT to provide comments on agenda items.
