Closed session pursuant to Section 54956.8 of the Government Code for conference with real property negotiator Sam Joumblat to discuss price and terms of payment in connection with a potential purchase of 1600 W. Anaheim, Long Beach. The negotiating party is Daryl S. Phillips and Sandra M. Phillips, Trustees.
