2CS. Significant exposure to litigation pursuant to paragraph (2) of subdivision (d) of Section 54956.9 of the Government Code (one case). Pursuant to paragraph (2) of subdivision (e) of Section 54956.9 of the Government Code, the facts and circumstances which might result in litigation consists of the submission by Manson Connelly, JV, of a differing site condition and delay claim concerning the cyclopean concrete quay wall demolished and removed as part of the Pier E Berth E22 Wharf & Backlands, Stage 3, Phase 3 project.
