The Board of Harbor Commissioners will participate in the meeting by video conference. The Civic Chambers will NOT be accessible for public observance of the meeting or public comment pursuant to Executive Order N-29-20 issued by Governor Newsom on March 17, 2020. Members of the public can observe the meeting via webcast at polb.com/webcast. Members of the public are invited to participate in the meeting during public comment or on a specific agenda item via teleconference by calling the following number: (562) 714-9893 or by emailing bhc@polb.com. If calling, you will be asked to leave a voicemail with your name (please state it clearly), your telephone number for a return call and the item number you would like to comment on (or specify "public comment"). If emailing, please include your name, your telephone number for a return call and the item number you would like to comment on (or specify "public comment"). You will be called during the meeting on the item you specify. If you do not answer when called, we will move on to the next public speaker. Please note that each speaker will be given the usual 3 minutes to address the Board. All public comment requests need to be submitted by 1:15 p.m. on the day of the meeting. Public will also have the option to use eCOMMENT to provide comments on agenda items. Written comments may also be submitted by email to BHC@polb.com and will become part of the official record of the meeting. More information on this process can be found at polb.com/webcast.
