1CS. Significant exposure to litigation pursuant to paragraph (2) of subdivision (d) and paragraphs (2) and (3) of subdivision (e) of Section 54956.9 of the Government Code (two cases involving bid protests by Shimmick-CEC Joint Venture and by Silverado Contractors, Inc. regarding HD-S2556).

CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATORS

2CS. Closed session pursuant to Section 54956.8 of the Government Code for conference with real property negotiator Duane Kenagy to discuss price and terms of the proposed design-build contract for the Gerald Desmond Bridge Replacement Project and subsequent conveyance of the bridge to the State of California. The negotiating parties are Shimmick Construction Company, Inc./FFC Construction S.A./Impreglio S.p.A. a joint venture and the State of California Department of Transportation.

3CS. Closed session pursuant to Section 54956.8 of the Government Code for conference with real property negotiator Sam Joumblat to discuss price and terms of payment in connection with a potential purchase of real properties located on Pier D Street, Long Beach. The negotiating party is L.G. Everist, Inc.
