CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATORS

Closed session pursuant to Section 54956.8 of Government Code for conference with real property negotiator Sam Joumblat to discuss price and terms of payment in connection with real property located at or in close proximity to 1301 W. 12th Street and real property located at or in close proximity to 1368 W. Anaheim Street. All such real property is located in Long Beach. The negotiating parties are the Long Beach City Manager and Phillips Steel Company.
