HD-24-086 Adopt Resolution and Authorize Chief Executive Officer to Execute a Master Joint Revocable Permit between the Port of Long Beach, the Port of Los Angeles, and the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority for geotechnical and utility investigative potholing over a 6.1 mile segment of railroad right-of-way on the former San Pedro Branch in the cities of Bell, Huntington Park, Cudahy, South Gate, Downey, and Paramount as part of the proposed Southeast Gateway Line light rail passenger project, and make the determination that the action is categorically exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act.
