Lofton, Trustee of the Lofton Family Survivor's Trust, of Successor Trustees, pursuant to the Trust Agreement for the Lofton Family Trust, dated January 6, 1981, as amended, for the property located at 1668 West 11th Street, Long Beach, CA 90813, make the determination that the Real Estate Purchase and Sale Agreement and Settlement Agreement is necessary for the Pier B On-Dock Rail Support Facility Program to reconfigure and expand the existing Pier B Rail Yard, and is a subsequent approval within the scope of the Environmental Impact Report for the Pier B On-Dock Rail Support Facility Program certified by the Board of Harbor Commissioners on January 22, 2018.
