HD-21-445 Approve First Reading of Ordinance and Authorize Executive Director to Execute the Proffered Just Compensation Larger Parcel 2 for the acquisition of two aerial easements and one temporary construction easement right-of-way located on Larger Parcel 2, which is part of the Cerritos Channel, and Execute the associated deeds and right of way contract for these easements and right-of-way for the Schuyler Heim Bridge Replacement Project, from the City of Long Beach, acting by and through its Board of Harbor Commissioners to the State of California, Department of Transportation, and make the determination pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act that the action is within the scope of the certified Environmental Impact Report for the Schuyler Heim Bridge Replacement and SR-47 Expressway Project.
