Closed session pursuant to Section 54956.8 of the Government Code for conference with real property negotiator Duane Kenagy to discuss price and terms of the proposed design-build contract for the Gerald Desmond Bridge Replacement Project and subsequent conveyance of the bridge to the State of California. The negotiating parties are Shimmick Construction Company, Inc./FFC Construction S.A./Impreglio S.p.A. a joint venture and the State of California Department of Transportation.
